FOR THE BEDROOM, LIVING ROOM, OR OFFICE:
A bright color, yellow is thought of with sunshine, happiness and joy. Deeper yellow colors are very strong, so limiting its use is appropriate. Yellow works great as a complementary color to green, blue, or red – along with the neutral shades of white, black, brown, or gray.

YELLOW TABLE LAMPS
Yellow is a warm, cheerful color that brings a sense of overall happiness. Pale yellow is often used as a neutral shade. Frequently, you can find yellow combined with greens, blues, or reds.
Yet, too much yellow could wind up to be irritating. A deep saturated yellow can be too overwhelming if used in too much. It will usually be used as an accent: cushions, yellow lamps, or wall art.
Light yellow walls will provide a good backdrop for other brighter high contrast tones, for instance; in a traditional design, “gray and yellow” for a living room.
A traditional silver table lamps can also tie it all in with a mirror-framed wall art. Perhaps use a pale gray rug with a black trim for a nice element added to a room that will pull the space together.
YELLOW LAMPS FOR THE BEDROOM
Yellow is one of the three primary colors: Red and blue are the other two primary colors. These colors make up all the other colors – The addition of white, black, or gray can accentuate the other colors.
For example, mixing yellow and blue turns in to green – yellow and red gets you orange – blue and red makes purple. When white is added, it is considered as a tint. When black is added, it is considered as a shade.
Tone describes the light and dark of a color or shade -it depends on the amount of white, black, or gray that’s been added.
Primary colors are frequently used in Contemporary and Modern design. A yellow bedroom lamp will add a stronger accent to contemporary bedrooms.
YELLOW LAMPS FOR THE LIVING ROOM
Yellow goes well when combined with blue. In a traditional white and blue living room, a yellow end table lamp combined with another similar color accent can add much-needed energy.
Blue and yellow are complementary (opposite) on the Color Wheel. Yellow is warm and energetic and blue is a cooler and calmer color. Mixing warmer and cooler colors generally create a more vibrant ambiance.
